In order to increase inclusiveness and allow the both the expert and general public more opportunities for participation, the conference will be followed up by the public debates in four cities:

The travel expenses for the members of the civic organizations from other municipalities interested in participation in the public debates will be covered in the amount equal to one return-trip public bus ticket.
